You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Pakistan to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Site, both parties shall endeavor to settle the matter amicably. If amicable resolution is not possible, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration, conducted in accordance with the rules of Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry(ICCI), Islamabad Pakistan.
13. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to reflect the parties’ intention, or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, so that the remaining provisions of the Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on this Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and WeeInvent Solutions concerning your use of the Site. Any failure by WeeInvent Solutions to enforce or exercise any provision of this Agreement or related right shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
